Spousal sponsorship typically takes 12-18 months for outland applications. Inland applications with open work permit can allow your spouse to live and work in Canada during processing.
Can I sponsor my parents?
Yes, through the Parent and Grandparent Program (PGP) or by applying for a Super Visa, which allows parents/grandparents to stay in Canada for up to 5 years at a time.
